When you send an enquiry on this website, fill in a lead form inside one of our Google or Facebook ads, message us on LINE or WhatsApp, or call us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, your message, and which property or service you asked about. If you ask about a home loan we may also collect the loan amount and property type you enter. We do not collect ID numbers, payment details or other sensitive data through this website.

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange viewings, send you property or loan information you asked for, and keep in touch about your search. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

Enquiries are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets under our Google Workspace account and are seen only by our team. Lead forms submitted inside Google Ads or Facebook ads are received through those platforms and then stored the same way. We may share your details with a property developer, seller or bank only when that is needed to answer your enquiry (for example to book a viewing or run a loan pre-check), and only for that purpose.

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. Google Analytics sets cookies and records anonymised usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. If you arrive from one of our ads, Google Ads or Meta may also set cookies to measure the ad. The site remembers your language choice (English/Thai) in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

We keep enquiry details for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, so we can follow up if a suitable property comes up, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Just message us using any contact method above and we will act within 30 days. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand.
